Hartford County farmers market season is officially kicking into high gear, which means fresh strawberries, crusty bread, questionable impulse jam purchases, and at least one tote bag you didn’t plan on filling.

We put together a Hartford County Farmers Market Guide with 19 venues so you can shop local, eat better, and pretend you’re just “grabbing a few things” before leaving with flowers, honey, pickles, and a loaf of sourdough the size of a toddler.

🔭Sky report: This week’s sky is all about the Micro Blue Moon, which peaks early Sunday morning and comes back Sunday night looking full, bright, and just dramatic enough to make your phone camera embarrass itself. It’s the second full moon of May, so it gets the Blue Moon title, but it’s also near its farthest point from Earth, making it the smallest-looking full moon of the year.

I’ve been tinkering away on a little Connecticut Buzz game hub, because apparently regular trivia wasn’t enough of a rabbit hole for us. The idea is to have one central spot for old trivia questions, crosswords, and now Buzzword, our very own Wordle-style Connecticut Buzz game.
